Nassihi and Wu to Present Food and Beverage Labeling Panel at ABA Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Conference
San Francisco Managing Partner Amir Nassihi will moderate "Recent Trends in Food and Beverage Labeling Litigation" at the ABA 28th Annual Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Spring Conference in Coronado, California, April 6, 2019. Partner Greg Wu will be one of the panelists for the session, along with Timothy Blood of Blood Hurst & O'Reardon, Marc Shelley, global director of litigation at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Amy Lally of Sidley & Austin, Carolyn Scrafford of Exponent and Jane Duke, vice president and associate general counsel at Tyson Foods.
The panel will take a broad look at the types of food, beverage and pet food class actions being filed, the key legal issues in play and recent developments affecting the litigation of these high-exposure cases.
The conference is presented by the ABA Tort, Trial & Insurance Practice Section.
