Bacon and Wynsma Discuss Bias in Technology for ACC Southern California

Associates Kirk Bacon and Tom Wynsma will present “Bias-Mosis: The Permeating Effect of Bias in Technology,” at the Newport Beach Vineyards and Winery in Costa Mesa, California, Wednesday, October 3, 2019. 

Wynsma focuses his practice on complex business litigation, primarily in the area of environmental and toxic tort law. He has successfully defended a wide variety of clients in civil litigation, including Fortune 500 companies, individuals, general contractors, developers, restaurants, distributors and retail stores.

Bacon focuses his practice on intellectual property prosecution and counseling across a broad range of complex technologies. With previous in-house counsel experience, he has a special perspective on the intellectual property-related issues that companies encounter, and understands the requirements of providing effective counsel to corporate clients to resolve those issues.
