Eight Shook Attorneys to Present Pandemic Employment Webinar

The Missouri Bar will host eight Shook attorneys presenting the webinar 2021 Pandemic Employment Issues: A National Perspective for Missouri Practitioners, August 25, 1-2:30 p.m. and again on October 20, 12:00-1:30 p.m. CDT. The webinar will inform Missouri attorneys on labor and employment issues in light of the coronavirus. 

Shook attorneys from coast-to-coast will present legal employment issues concerning COVID-19 from their states’ perspectives, giving Missouri practitioners pragmatic insights with respect to managing the pandemic workforce and effectively addressing potential legal issues in the return-to-work and remote-work contexts. Vaccination issues, remote-work conditions, business reimbursements, wage-and-hour and leaves-of-absence considerations and various other legal aspects confronting employer clients will be addressed.
