Joe is part of the General Liability Litigation Practice Group, aiding in the defense of companies and organizations in matters involving general liability, product liability and other business interests.

Joe defends clients engaged in litigation disputes both in New York State Court and in all four Federal District Courts of New York. His general liability experience includes defending clients involved in general liability claims including car accidents, premises liability, product liability claims, NY Labor Law 240(1) claims, property damage claims and catastrophic injury claims. 

Joe gladly volunteers his time to assist Veterans in their appeals before the U.S. Court of Veterans Claims. 

Joe earned his law degree magna cum laude from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was a member of the Touro Law Review. Upon graduation, Joe received the Cornelius W. Wickersham Jr. award for his academic performance in constitutional law from the Federal Bar Council.

Outside of his practice, Joe enjoys competing in Spartan races and Ironman triathlons.
