Kevin works in the firm's General Liability Litigation Practice. His litigation experience includes representing clients in federal courts beginning with the pre-suit investigation work and case strategy, and continuing through fact and expert discovery, motion practice, trial preparation and trial.
Kevin has significant experience taking and defending depositions and briefing claim construction. He has analyzed patent portfolios, advised clients on intellectual property registration matters and contracts transferring intellectual property rights, and represented clients in licensing negotiations, transactional matters, and International Trade Commission investigations into antitrust matters. Kevin’s experience with patent litigation and counseling covers a broad range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, video compression technology, secure data transmission technology, and semiconductor packaging and processing technologies.
