Brooke works in Shook’s General Liability Litigation Group. Her practice centers on civil litigation, and her experience includes matters involving transportation, premises liability, gig economy, employment, pharmaceuticals, product liability, and insurance. She previously obtained defense verdicts as sole counsel in both a premises liability and negligence case, and in a negligence and vicarious liability claim in a trucking case. Brooke has also managed cases and represented clients in complex commercial litigation.
Before entering private practice, Brooke served as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond Moore in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and as assistant general counsel with the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety.
