Jennifer is a seasoned litigator and strategic legal leader, with nearly fifteen years of legal experience gained at top law firms and as senior in-house counsel at global Fortune 500 companies. A Massachusetts native and leading attorney in the Boston area, she has deep industry knowledge and robust experience in the life sciences, utilizing her health and science background to focus on products in the food and drug space. With extensive experience in law and business, Jennifer has cultivated a broad and diverse practice, ranging from complex high-profile litigation to strategic advising for large biopharmaceutical companies.
After interning at the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and clerking in the Southern District of New York, Jennifer practiced litigation for many years at renowned law firms in New York. She then spent the next several years as senior in-house counsel at major companies such as Bristol Myers Squibb, Sanofi, and Mars. Before law school, Jennifer worked on Wall Street in global proprietary trading.
Jennifer graduated with an A.B. cum laude as well as an A.M. from Harvard University in 2007, and she later obtained a J.D. cum laude in 2011 and an M.P.H. in 2012. At the start of her legal career, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable John G. Koeltl in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York.
