Gabrielle focuses her practice on product liability litigation, animal health, business and commercial matters across a broad spectrum of industries. She represents clients during all phases of litigation, from pretrial counseling to drafting appeals. Gabrielle has a comprehensive background representing plaintiffs and defendants before state and federal courts in matters ranging from single plaintiff cases to complex multidistrict litigation and class actions. Her recent representative experience includes the following:
- Business Litigation – Gabrielle’s experience includes commercial and breach of contract disputes.
- Product Liability – Gabrielle represents various companies, particularly in the animal health and automotive industries in products liability matters. She has drafted successful dispositive motions on behalf of the firm’s animal health clients.
- Appellate Litigation – Gabrielle has drafted multiple successful appellate briefs on behalf of clients in both federal and state courts.
- Complex Litigation – Gabrielle has represented Shook’s clients in large, ongoing multidistrict litigation.
- Premises Liability – Gabrielle has successfully represented a variety of entities in lawsuits arising from premises liability matters.
Gabrielle also maintains an active pro bono practice and has successfully represented veterans in the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) and asylum applicants before the United States Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review Philadelphia Immigration Court.
Before joining Shook, Gabrielle represented plaintiffs in federal class actions brought pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). She has several years of experience representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice, premises liability and automotive matters.
Gabrielle graduated magna cum laude from La Salle University with a B.A in political science and history. She earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Board. While in law school, she was a semi-finalist in the Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition. Upon graduation, Gabrielle was the judicial fellow to the Honorable Mark A. Kearney, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
