Sue has more than two decades of experience defending companies in high-stakes litigation. She has represented major chemical companies, agriculture companies, automobile manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies and food companies in class actions, mass consolidated cases, and individual cases involving product liability, nuisance, consumer fraud, negligence and misrepresentation claims.

Sue also develops case strategy, conducts and defends depositions, prepares fact, company and expert witnesses and oversees and directs all discovery. Sue is experienced in leading litigation teams in cases involving multiple industry defendants, directing the resources of multiple law firms, managing workflow and synthesizing work product from numerous sources, to ensure the pretrial and trial processes are both efficient and effective.

Defended chemical companies in public nuisance and personal injury cases arising out of claims of the environmental presence of legacy chemicals in the food chain, streams, sediments, wastewater and MS4 conveyance systems.

Defended automobile manufacturers in mass consolidated personal injury actions and putative economic loss class actions.
