Shook Partner Moderating Panel for ABA Joint CLE Seminar

Shook Houston Managing Partner Jennise Stubbs will be participating in the American Bar Association’s 2018 Environmental & Energy, Mass Torts and Products Liability Litigation Committees’ Joint CLE Seminar.

She will be moderating the panel titled: “Nailing Jello to a Tree: Challenges Associated with Evolving Science and Regulatory Requirements.” Stubbs has extensive experience representing Fortune 100 companies in the pharmaceutical and medical device, manufacturing, retail, professional, medical and service industries.

The seminar will take place January 25-27, 2018 in Whistler, British Columbia.
