Adams, Mallow and Nassihi Presenters at ABA Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Biotech Litigation Program in NYC

Shook Partners Rob Adams, Michael Mallow and Amir Nassihi will be among the presenters for the Current Issues in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Biotech Litigation Regional CLE Program, at Pfizer, Inc., in New York City, New York, October 24-25, 2019.  

On Tuesday, October 24, Adams will co-present “Jury Selection, Recent Verdicts, and Trends in Individual and Mass Tort Drug/Device Litigation,” and Mallow will moderate “National Class Actions Trends and Caselaw Update.”

The following day, Nassihi will moderate “A View From The Bench: Judicial Perspectives on Managing Complex Litigation,” and Shook alumnus Marc Shelley, global director of litigation at Anheuser-Busch InBev, will be one of the panelists for “Inside View: Legal and Ethical Considerations for In-House Counsel.” 

Nassihi and Associates Joan Rabutaso Camagong and Mayela Montenegro are among the program organizers. 

The program is presented by the ABA Section of Litigation Products Liability Committee’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Biotech and Mass Torts Subcommittees, and co-sponsored by the Tort, Trial & Insurance Practice Section. Shook also is a sponsor of the event.
