Caleb focuses his practice on intellectual property prosecution and counseling. Caleb is a registered patent practitioner and prosecutes patent applications, responds to United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) actions and advises a variety of clients from various industries. Caleb’s undergraduate degree is in biology, which included substantial research in electrochemistry and biochemistry, and continues to provide him with scientific and technical insights into the complex issues that are common in patent legal matters. 

Caleb is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served as an airborne cryptologic linguist in the Korean language and intercepted and analyzed signal intelligence of possible enemy threats and provided actionable intelligence to command. Caleb also has Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification and spent a year teaching English in Seoul, South Korea, before attending law school.
