Emma represents clients across a variety of industries, with particular experience involving software, biotechnology, data transfer and financial technologies. Emma has experience throughout all phases of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, depositions, dispositive motion practice, trial preparation and settlement negotiations in federal courts nationwide. She also represents clients in post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including inter partes review and ex parte reexamination proceedings. Emma advises clients on intellectual property strategy, portfolio development and licensing matters. Emma also has a pro bono practice and has represented several clients seeking asylum in immigration proceedings.
