Best Lawyers awarded Shook the “2024 Practice Group of the Year” for Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Defendants, in the Best Lawyers in America 2024 report of “Best Law Firms.” This is a national recognition, and Shook was the only law firm recognized as a Practice Group of the Year in this category. Shook also rose to five National Tier 1 rankings over last year, with Environmental Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation moving to top tier in the order.
