Law360 Names Shook Legal Lion After Latest Sprint Victory in VoIP Patent Dispute

For the second time, Law360 has selected Shook, Hardy & Bacon as its Top Legal Lion of the Week for its representation of Sprint in an ongoing challenge involving voice-over-internet-protocol (VoIP) patents. 

According to Law360, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit upheld a Kansas jury’s $140 million verdict that found Time Warner Cable’s internet voice service infringed five of Sprint’s patents.
