Shook Welcomes 30 New Law School Graduates in 2025 Fall Associates Class

Shook announces the addition of 30 recent law school graduates and associate laterals who form the firm’s 2025 Class of Fall Associates. Making up Shook’s largest fall associates class to date, the new hires hail from law schools across the country and will be located in 11 of the firm’s 18 offices, covering eight practice areas. 

BOSTON

Elizabeth Hein | Hein will be joining the Environmental Practice Group. She earned her J.D. from Vermont Law and Graduate School and her B.S. in chemistry from McGill University.

CHICAGO

Esther Kumah | Kumah will be joining the Business Litigation Practice Group. She earned her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and her LL.B. from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Elise Malin | Malin will be joining the Business Litigation Practice Group. She earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and her B.A. in political science from DePaul University.

Catherine Cozzolino | Cozzolino will be joining the General Liability Litigation Practice Group. She earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan.

Keirsten Keys | Keys will be joining the Product Liability Practice Group. She earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and her B.A. in English from the University of Houston.

Liz Dunn* | Dunn joined the General Liability Litigation Practice Group. She earned her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, her MBA from Washburn University, and her B.A. in English from the University of Kansas.

Joseph Duong | Duong will be joining the Class Action Practice Group. He earned his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law and his B.S. in interdisciplinary computing with biology from the University of Kansas School of Engineering.

Payton Flower | Flower will be joining the Class Action Practice Group. She earned her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and her B.S. in agricultural economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Brian Ford | Ford will be joining the Product Liability Practice Group. He earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and his B.A. in graphic design from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Sara Lewis | Lewis will be joining the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. She earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and her B.S. in ocean engineering from the United States Naval Academy.

Langston Morrison | Morrison will be joining the Complex Litigation Practice Group. He earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A., College of Letters, economics, international relations from Wesleyan University.

Ayaan Musse | Musse will be joining the Product Liability Practice Group. She earned her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law and her B.A. in political science from Arizona State University.

Emily Pennington | Pennington will be joining the Product Liability Practice Group. She earned her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law and her B.A. in business management from Baker University.

Helene Slinker | Slinker will be joining the General Liability Litigation Practice Group. She earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and her B.A. in political science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Chloe Slusher | Slusher will be joining the General Liability Litigation Practice Group. She earned her J. D. from the University of Missouri School of Law and her B.A. in government from the University of Texas at Austin.

Megan Moran* | Moran joined the Class Action Practice Group. She earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law and her B.A. in anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Keith Stafford** | Stafford joined the Class Action Practice Group. He earned his J.D. from University of Southern California Gould School of Law and his B.S. in finance from California Lutheran University.

Kaio Carter | Carter will be joining the General Liability Litigation Practice Group. He earned his J.D. from the University of California Irvine School of Law and his B.S. in business administration from San Francisco State University.

Esther Esho | Esho will be joining the Product Liability Practice Group. She earned her J.D. from the University of California Irvine School of Law and her B.A. in political science/law and society from the University of California, Riverside.

Hannah Hamblin | Hamblin will be joining the Environmental Practice Group. She earned her J.D. from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, her MBA from Texas A&M, and her B.S. in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
